The Hellenic Association for the deployment of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS Hellas), has been successfully organised the 7th ITS Hellas Conference which was held in Athens and online, on 8-9 December 2021.
This hybrid Conference was held under the theme “Transportation & Logistics 4.0: Exploring Innovation”, focusing on the challenges, the needs and the benefits that will be brought by the progression in the area of transportation in Greece.
MOSES project was represented by both SEAB and NTUA colleagues.
SEAB attended the event, by being one of the conference exhibitors, having a stand in the open conference area and showcasing, among others, how MOSES project enhances the Short Sea Shipping component of the European supply chain by addressing the vulnerabilities and strains related to the operation of large containerships.
NTUA and its representative, Mr. Giannis Kanellopoulos, delivered a presentation, entitled ‘Αυτοματοποιημένη προσέγγιση, πρόσδεση και φορτοεκφόρτωση πλοίων σε εμπορικούς λιμένες‘.

ALICE & ERTICO representatives delivered, also, presentations during the first day of the event on Innovation in freight transport by Mr. Zeljko Jeftic, Deputy Director Innovation & Deployment ERTICO –ITS Europe and on The future of logistics zero emissions in a digitalizatized world: Industry priorities in the European context by Mr. Fernando Liesa, Secretary-General, ETP-ALICE.
