Port Management and Navigation Seminar is a TRELLEBORG MARINE AND INFRASTRUCTURE initiative.
Trelleborg Marine and Infrastructure was delighted to host its first-ever Port Management and Navigation Seminar 2023 at the iconic QE2 Hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on December 12-13, 2023.
Facing the ever-growing complexities within the marine sector, including larger vessel sizes, decarbonization, and digitalization, how do we cultivate a culture of safety and security at ports, waterways, and during vessel transits through harbors? A solid understanding of technological trends, the use of real-time information, and implementing best practices prioritizing both human value and efficient processes becomes an absolute necessity in this scenario.
At Trelleborg’s inaugural Port Management and Navigation Seminar, experts explored all of this and more in engaging and interactive sessions that can help experts to cope with the increased uncertainties and new risks centered around vessel navigation.
Featuring insightful panel discussions, case studies, and workshops, the two-day conference offered insight into the latest technological advances in port management and navigation. An ideal platform for maritime industry professionals including port authorities, port operators, consultants, harbour masters and pilots to gain an in-depth understanding of the issues at hand, as well as best practices, the event brought thought leaders and senior industry specialists together under one roof.
